Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid memberships and add-ons on Junior Golf in Florida (juniorgolfinflorida.com), operated by D1 Method LLC.

1. Billing

Paid memberships and add-ons are billed monthly, in advance, on the same day each month as your original purchase. Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, for any reason. To cancel, use the cancel option in your account or email team@d1method.com from the email address on your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. You will not be charged again after that.

3. What happens after you cancel

Your paid features stay active until the end of the billing month you have already paid for. After that, your listing returns to a free listing. Your listing is not deleted unless you ask us to remove it.

4. Refunds

We do not offer prorated refunds or partial-month refunds. When you cancel, you keep your paid features through the end of the month you paid for, and no further charges are made.

If you were charged in error, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled, contact us within 30 days at team@d1method.com and we will refund the incorrect charge.

5. Founder's pricing

Members who join by [FOUNDER DEADLINE] keep their founder's monthly rate for 12 months from the date they joined, as long as their membership stays active. If you cancel and later rejoin, the price in effect when you rejoin applies.

6. Price changes

We may change our prices. We will give existing members at least [PRICE NOTICE DAYS] days' notice by email before a new price applies to them. Founder's pricing is honored for its full 12 months.

7. Failed payments

If a monthly payment fails, we will notify you and retry the charge. If payment is not received, your listing may return to a free listing until payment is made.
